Most websites are completed within 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity and plan you choose. The Basic plan typically takes 1-2 weeks, while the Pro plan may take 2-3 weeks. Custom plans have variable timelines based on scope. We'll provide a specific timeline during your onboarding call.
Monthly developer time can be used for content updates, design changes, new page creation, feature additions, bug fixes, and custom functionality requests. Routine maintenance, security updates, backups, and monitoring do not count against your developer time - those are always included.
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. When upgrading, you'll immediately get access to the new features. When downgrading, the change will take effect at your next billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing plans.
If you consistently need more developer time than your plan includes, we can either upgrade you to a higher tier or add additional developer hours à la carte. We track your usage and will proactively recommend the most cost-effective option for your needs.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice. We'll provide you with a full export of your website files and content if you decide to leave.
The one-time setup fee covers the initial website design, development, and deployment. This includes our discovery process, custom design work, initial development, content migration, and launch. After this, you only pay the monthly subscription fee.
Domain registration is not included in the monthly subscription price, but we're happy to help you register a domain or transfer an existing one. Most domains cost $12-15 per year. We can manage the domain for you or you can maintain control through your own registrar.
